By this time Thomas Was Alone had made its way to my download list through the unrivalled service of PlayStation Plus, and when going through the list to find titles to download to my Vita, Thomas was Alone by Mike Bithell was one of the games I decided to give a try. Luckily, SONY then went and won me over with their presentation at E3 2013. After looking at some screenshots my interest slightly faded as I quickly judged the minimalistic style and what I thought to be a “mobile block stacking game” as something I could probably miss out on in light of my current backlog of bigger titles. I do not recall when I first heard of this game, though I distinctly remember being intrigued by the title for a while, seeing it pop up on several game sites and ultimately on the PlayStation Store. ![]()
